It integrates up to 20 power supplies and 1 oven modular overall design. Through intelligent control, it can be tested for both current sharing and individual parallel testing. This system is based on the ARM chip processor platform and adopts N+ The intelligent multi-channel ripple testing system (all-in-one machine) is composed of modular operation, high-definition industrial computer operation display, precision linear circuit module, high-precision high-temperature oven, and multifunctional comprehensive testing system. It can simulate the actual working conditions and objective operating environment of capacitors to determine the durability life of different types of tested capacitors, providing real quality basis for reliability testing of capacitor products. It can also automatically record the test data of each group of channel capacitors. The system power supply has arbitrary settings for testing voltage, current, frequency, test time, etc. It can control and monitor the real-time voltage, current, temperature, etc. of capacitors in real time, and automatically detect and improve the accuracy of test data. The voltage and current of each group of tested capacitors do not affect each other. If there is an abnormality in a single group of capacitors, it can be cut off separately online without stopping the machine, ensuring the continuity of the test and avoiding impedance issues caused by capacitors.
